Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional on the position of Head of Shops Department (Shop Manager) in Rompetrol Georgia.

Location: Tbilisi, M. Aleksidze str.12, King David Business Center;
Full Time position.

Your new role:

Managing the department, finding potential areas, ensuring the stores work properly, negotiating with suppliers and customers, managing and accounting staff.

Activities going to help you shine:

*   Manage day-to-day shop operations and ensure smooth workflow and effective functioning of the store 
*  Supervise, train, motivate, and coordinate sales staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance targets 
*  Monitor inventory, handle stock orders, ensure optimal product availability, and maintain full control over stocktaking processes and results 
*  Track sales performance, monitor KPIs (including turnover and average ticket), and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets 
*  Proactively work on sales growth and continuously improve commercial indicators through analysis and recommendations 
*  Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure proper product placement, and uphold store cleanliness and sanitary conditions 
*  Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner 
* Coordinate daily store activities, monitor team performance, and evaluate work processes 
* Prepare regular sales, financial, and operational reports, including monthly reporting to management 
* Participate in budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and support cost optimization initiatives 
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations 
* Safeguard company assets, inventory, equipment, and ensure their proper and targeted use 
* Identify and report financial risks, losses, shortages, or discrepancies, and ensure timely corrective actions 
* Execute and settle tasks from Local Management
* Monitor expired products, ensure their control, write-off, and proper disposal.

* University Degree; Bachelor’s or master’s degree. in business administration.
* At least five years' experience as a manager.
* Any volunteer certification for additional proficiency. 
* Foreign Languages: English - Upper intermediate level; Russian - Upper intermediate level
* MS Office - advanced
