Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional on the position of Sales Representative in Batumi in Rompetrol Georgia.

Full Time position.


Your new role:
Ensures implementation of the Rompetrol Georgia sales strategy to consistently maintain and develop the customer portfolio across the allocated area. 


Activities going to help you shine:
•    Follows up the economic/business environment in the area and identifies potential customers (customers with car fleets, wholesale consumers, unbranded gas stations).
•    Carries out the full sales process – prospecting, customer research, pitching, business negotiation (contract signing and post-sales services) within the agreed competence limits, in full agreement with the customer-related business policies (market segment) and/or promotions/commercial exemptions as established by the line manager. 
•    Takes the most adequate measures to boost sales:
•    Regularly monitors the business environment (market and competitors) in order to initiate the required actions.
•    Identifies new business opportunities and initiates exploratory action.
•    Responsible with the sales and budget results (volumes, amounts to collect,) in the allocated area.
•    Assists with the preparation of forecasts.
•    Keeps in permanent contact with existing customers in the allocated area (problem solving, courtesy matters, promotion, etc.).
•    Periodically introduces data to generate reports on the activities carried out, customer portfolio, sales, etc. or upon request from the line manager.
•    Follows up and is responsible with the collection of debts (balances) from own portfolio customers, in order to prevent the default risk. Takes all measures to collect payments within the deadlines set out by the contracts/business policies, based on the reports/statements supplied by and in agreement with the Credit Control team.


The fuel needed to go further with us:
•    University Degree – Mandatory
•    B category driving license, and owning car
•    Periodic traveling in Adjara and neighboring regions
•    In the field of administrative tasks, in medium or large scale organizations: 2-3 years
•    On a similar/ equivalent senior job: 1 years
•    Foreign Languages: English – advanced; Russian - advanced 
•    Good Knowledge of MS Office.
