Bio Fuels Project Manager

Your new role: Become part of the Trading and Supply Chain team, being responsible for the purchase and supply of raw materials while having a good understanding about the sale of products (biodiesel and bioethanol).



Activities going to help you shine:
•    Assess technical and commercial feasibility of presented feedstock options by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external regulatory departments;
•    Negotiate and close new feedstock supply contracts together with procurement;
•    Support new investment initiatives including pre-treatment technology;
•    Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to ensure feedstocks are fit for purpose, sustainable and delivered on time and with the right specifications;
•    Keep up to date with all relevant legislative drivers within biofuels sector to ensure that the Company is able to exploit market for new sources of feedstock.
•    Undertake strategic study of all available low cost feedstock materials from waste streams;
•    Assess and understand the trade-offs for certain types of feedstock that impact biodiesel and bioethanol;
•    Exploit business development opportunities, raising company profile and getting new business contacts within multiple waste industry sectors;
•    Organize, plan and schedule feedstock deliveries;
•    Carry out feedstock quality checks and audits;
•    Identify, analyze and develop the operating process of the activity aligned with the involved internal stakeholders;

The fuel needed to go further with us:
•    A completed bachelor / university education (Technical profile, Chemistry or Waste Management is a plus) 
•    Ideally 3+ years' experience in trading physical feedstocks or a solid business development experience in the above fields
•    Fundamental understanding of biofuels manufacturing processes
•    Profficient level of of English (written & spoken).
•    Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; easily establishes relationships and has a good  networking in biofuel business
