Your new role: Support the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) across the Group by assisting in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), documentation management, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring of BCMS activities and action plans.


Activities going to help you shine:

 

•    Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) across the organization. 
•    Coordinate with internal entities and stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and validate BCMS-related information and documentation.
•    Support execution of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities, including scheduling meetings/workshops, gathering information, documenting results, and maintaining records.
•    Assist in the development, maintenance, and periodic review of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), procedures, templates, and supporting documentation. 
•    Monitor implementation progress of BCMS activities and follow up with stakeholders regarding action items, remediation plans, and deadlines.
•    Maintain BCMS governance documentation, version control, centralized records, and reporting files.
•    Support preparation of management reports, presentations, dashboards, and implementation updates related to BCMS activities.
•    Support organization and coordination of BCMS trainings, awareness sessions, simulations, and testing exercises. Collaborate with Operations, IT, Security, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control, HR, and other stakeholders to support continuity-related activities.
•    Support identification, assessment, and documentation of operational risks related to business disruption scenarios.
•    Monitor adherence to BCMS methodologies, templates, and governance requirements.

•    Education: bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Law, or related field.
•    Previous professional experience or internship in governance, risk management, operational support, compliance, audit, business continuity, or related functions is considered an advantage.
•    Basic understanding of Business Continuity Management, operational resilience, risk management, or related governance frameworks. 
•    Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
•    Strong documentation and written communication skills. 
•    Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple functions.
•    Ability to collect, structure, and analyze information from different business areas.
•    English - level: advanced.
•    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): advanced.
