Contractors & Transport Safety Coordinator

We are currently looking for a communicative and analytical Contractor & Transport Safety Coordinator for Bucharest, within KMG Rompetrol.

Your new role: Monitors and coordinates the contractor's activity according to internal HSE standards and procedures during the contract phases.

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Coordinates contractor management across group entities in accordance to the internal HSE standards and procedures, with applicability during tender, contract execution and contract closure phases.
•    Develops and implements HSE evaluation criteria for the contractors.
•    Ensure all Contractors and Subcontractors are aware of their responsibilities with respect to Group HSE requirements.
•    Performs HSE Audits to contractor companies.
•    Develops safe systems of work to protect the workers on or near potentially hazardous areas.
•    Investigates road safety incidents according to Group regulations.
•    Develops road safety Programs.
•    Coordinates the road safety trainings.
•    Oversees implementation of road safety procedures across the organization.
•    Performs road safety related audits of Group companies.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    Bachelor’s degree in technical related field.
•    Previous experience of 10 – 15 years on a similar/equivalent position.
•    Previous work experience in an industrial sector is mandatory.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of people. 
•    Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the Group and external customers.  
•    Strong team working and collaborative skills. 
•    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•    Attention to detail. 
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Advanced in English.
•    Good MS Office skills.
•    A valid driving license, cat B.
