We are currently looking for a team-oriented and driven Contracts Officer in Bucharest.

 

Your new role: Will be responsible of managing the export and/or import contracts for petroleum products or additional feedstock within the Group’s production and trading programs.

 

Activities going to help you shining:
•    Manages the sale/purchase contracts for petroleum products and supply of additional feedstock, in order to carry out the production and delivery schedule;
•    Elaborates, manages and archives the correspondence with suppliers, customers, terminal operators, inspectors, agents, shipowners, banks etc. in order to execute the contracts, to handle physical operations and to set up a database;
•    Issues and manages the contracts and ensures their complete fulfilling in order to highlight the registered performance;
•    Elaborates addenda/specific and necessary additional documents in order to comply with the internal procedures and legal basis and to ensure the continuity of the activity;
•    Processes all the contractual and delivery information in the dedicated operating system.
 

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•     University degree in Economics, preferable;

•    1-2 years of professional experience in sales / commercial activity / logistics / transport; •    Previous experience on a similar position will be considered a plus;

•    Strong knowledge of MS Office package;

•    Very good command of English language;

•    Specialized knowledge of domestic and international trade, domestic and international transport, preferable;

•    Knowledge of Fiscal Code and the Methodological Norms of application;

•    Knowledge of Customs Code;     

•    Attention to details and analytical thinking;

•    Ability to prioritize the tasks;

•    Ability to work under pressure conditions;

•    Ability to organize and meet deadlines.
