We are currently looking for a communicative and analytical Corporate Affairs Coordinator for Bucharest, within KMG Rompetrol.

Activities going to help you shine:

 

•    Edit, comment, and bring a valuable contribution to regulatory documents, position papers and other documents proposed for public consultations directly by relevant State authority or within business associations
•    Assistance in maintaining relationship with state institutions and business associations
•    Offering support to Group entities in their relations with state institutions
•    Maintaining a close relationship with the General Managers of the Group's Representative offices abroad (focusing on Moldova, Bulgaria, Georgia)
•    Organizing regular meetings with representatives of Romanian state institutions and / or informal events (e.g. Oil & Gas Brunch) with the participation of relevant stakeholders, to present the development plans of the Group
•    Managing collaboration and membership contracts with agencies specialized in Corporate Affairs
•    Coordinating the implementation of special projects
•    Informing the management about the relevant political and economic events

•    Degree or professional background in Law (preferable) or Economics, International Affairs
•    Relevant experience on a similar/equivalent position 
•    Experience in government relations, corporate affairs, business administration, community relations, etc.
•    A good understanding of the local political affairs
•    Good MS Office skills
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language
•    Effective communication skills – written and verbal
•    Organizational and analytical skills 
•    Pro-active, accountable, and results-driven person
