We are currently looking for a team-oriented and proactive Executive DRY Franchise Coordinator to join Rompetrol Downstream.

Since 2006 Rompetrol Downstream launched its own retail wet franchise, managing today more than 120 wet franchised stations (dodo) in Romania. Rompetrol Partener network is now the most developed retail franchise in oil&gas. Starting October 2022 a new development of Rompetrol Downstream retail franchise will target the dealer’s shop&restaurant business line. The new dry franchise extension will be implemented into new dodo stations and, gradually, within next 2 years, into all existing dodo stations. 

Your new role: 

You will be part of a small but very dynamic team, which will newly activate under the direct supervision of Downstream General Manager and BU Marketing Retail Business Development center. 

You will have the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning to a new business line which is one of the major strategic development for the next 5 years for Rompetrol Downstream.

You will monitor and assess the fulfilment of contractual terms related to commercial conditions & standards implementation required by the franchise book, assess the dealer’s sales performance, monitor the dry franchise key performance indicators and suggest ways to optimize further on. 

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Managing a team of staff members and establishing relationships with clients and vendors

•    Update and submit to franchisees information about the product assortment, promotional activities, recommended suppliers, recommended selling price levels and data related to product registration into local operational systems

•    Monitor the implementation of hei selling proposition into franchised dealer’s stations through contractual commitments & specifications.

•    Manage the relationship with franchisees and service providers, monitor the franchisee’s commissioning invoicing and collection processes

•    Elaborate conrol plans, support the marketing & retail operational teams in order to control, assess and build-up specific improvements in order to respect the Rompetrol retail Franchise Manual

•    Perform the periodical business line performance assessment and suggest the necessary plans to optimize the franchise management

•    Provides expert leadership, technical and process improvement services to improve quality and productivity performance to achieve business goals

 

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•   University studies in economics and/or marketing
•    Professional experience: minimum 2 years in marketing or economics or specific trainee programs
•    B2B Commercial experience is an advantage
•    Knowledge of the development and implementation of a marketing plan
•    Computer operation: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - advanced level
•    Foreign languages: English - advanced level
•    Excellent analytical and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to solve multiple tasks simultaneously
•    Very good communication skills
•    Demonstrated interpersonal skills
•    Problem solving skills.
