Dry Franchise Specialist

We are currently looking for a team-oriented and proactive Dry Franchise Specialist to join Rompetrol Downstream.
Rompetrol Downstream coordinates the local network of fuel distribution stations. In Romania, the company has more than 1000 fuel distribution points, including its own stations, Partener Rompetrol stations, Expres mobile stations and fixed Fill&Go units of 9 and 20 cubic meters. More than fuel distribution stations, Rompetrol stations are thought of as service centers where, in addition to selling the best quality products, customers can relax in the more than 160 restaurants and hei shops with a design aligned with the retail concept .
Your new role: Monitor and assess the fulfilment of contractual terms related to commercial conditions & standards implementation required by the franchise book, assess dealer by dealer sales performance, monitor the franchise overall business line key performance indicators and suggest ways to optimize further them on.
Activities going to help you shine:
• Update and submit to franchisees, as many time is required, information about the product assortment, promotional activities, recommended suppliers, recommended selling price levels and data related to product registration into local operational systems
• Monitor the implementation of Rompetrol selling proposition into franchised dealer’s stations through contractual commitments & specifications, QHSE standards, category management & marketing procedures, according to the Franchise Manual
• Manage the relationship and receive the franchisees sales reports from the 3rd party, coordinate and monitor the franchisee’s commissioning invoicing and collection processes
• Support the marketing & retail operational team in order to monitor, assess and build-up the correction plan in order to respect all the specification related to the Franchise Manual
• Identification of training needs for franchisee stations’ staff
• Elaborate, receive & assesss the controls programme’s feedback into franchised stations through the field teams (retail operations, gastro trainers, stock controllers)
• Perform the periodical business line performance assessment and suggest the necessary plans to optimize the franchise management
• Communicate and submit support for dealer day to day activity
The fuel needed to go further with us:
• University studies in economics and/or marketing
• Professional experience: minimum 2 years in marketing or economics or specific trainee programs
• B2B Commercial experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of the development and implementation of a marketing plan
• Computer operation: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - advanced level
• Foreign languages: English - advanced level
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to solve multiple tasks simultaneously
• Very good communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills.
