Your new role: As an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst, you will support the implementation, enhancement and day-to-day operation of the Corporate Risk Management System (CRMS) across the Group. You will help embed a consistent, practical and data-driven risk management approach that reflects the current realities of the oil and gas industry. This is a role for someone who is analytical, curious and proactive, with strong financial and operational analysis capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and a genuine interest in using Power BI and automation to improve risk reporting and risk management processes.
Activities going to help you shine:
• Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Corporate Risk Management Framework, including policies, procedures, methodologies, governance, risk registers, risk appetite, risk tolerance, KRIs and reporting tools at Group level.
• Coordinate and support periodic risk identification, assessment and monitoring processes across Group entities, while challenging risk assessments and scoring assumptions through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Consolidate and maintain the Corporate Risk Register, monitor risk exposure, mitigation actions, controls, tolerance levels and KRIs, and ensure timely escalation of exceptions, delays and emerging issues.
• Plan and facilitate risk workshops and risk assessments, working closely with business, finance and control functions to identify risks, assess impacts, define mitigation measures and strengthen risk awareness across the organization.
• Monitor external developments and emerging risks relevant to the oil and gas industry
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, presentations and management information for different stakeholders, while supporting the automation and continuous improvement of risk management processes, including reporting workflows, data collection, controls tracking, KPI/KRI monitoring and dashboard development through Power BI and digital tools.
• Provide guidance, training and practical support to risk owners and business teams on risk assessments, mitigation strategies, control improvements and compliance with internal risk management procedures.

• University degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field; postgraduate studies in Risk Management are an advantage.
• Previous experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit, Finance, Business Analysis or another related area.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to understand complex business issues, work with large data sets and draw independent, well-reasoned conclusions.
• Good understanding of risk management concepts, methodologies, metrics and reporting practices.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting, with the ability to assess business impact and risk exposure in financial terms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with the ability to work confidently with large data sets, models and reporting files; good working knowledge of Power BI for dashboarding and management reporting; and interest or experience in process automation, digital tools, and continuous improvement of reporting and control activities.
• Curiosity and willingness to understand the business model, value chain and risk profile of an integrated oil and gas company.
• Proactive attitude, strong ownership and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain risk topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English.
• Russian may be considered an advantage.
