Your new role: Ensure financial planning, monitoring, and performance control (budgets, costs, and reporting), contributing to optimizing results and achieving organizational objectives for KMGR.

 


Activities going to help you shining:

 


-    Participates in the preparation of the 5-year budget, the annual budget, and reforecasts at the Group level;
-    Monitors and analyzes budget implementation at the cost center level within KMGR;
-    Closely monitors Actual vs. Budget reporting at the level of KMGR and KMGI entities and recommends ways to improve performance;
-    Analyzes deviations of fixed or variable costs from the budget, prepares periodic or ad hoc reports, and monitors departments;
-    Implements the controlling function within the ERP Controlling module.
-    Participates in the calculation of performance indicators for the Corporate Center;
-    When applicable and upon request, monitors and manages the performance of contract execution within their area of activity, carried out by those affiliates with other contracting parties.
-    Participates in the continuous improvement of the financial budgeting & reporting system within the company;
-    Participates, at the supervisor’s request, in temporary projects or activities, depending on their role and competencies, in order to contribute to achieving team objectives.

The fuel needed to go further with us:


-    Bachelor’s Degree in economics/finance (Additional qualifications related to the job would be considered a valuable asset- ACCA, CertIFR, DipIFR etc);
-    Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in financial analysis/controlling/external audit;
-    Knowledge and ability to use the International Financial Reporting Standards and Romanian Accounting Standards;
-    Ability to generate, interpret, easily understand and translate the Financial Statements of a company (Balance Sheets, Statements of Income, Statements of Cash Flow, and the accompanying notes thereafter) into relevant business information in order to take the appropriate decisions;
-    Good communication skills;
-    Willingness to learn;
-    Capable to operate under pressure 
-    Very good command of English language;
-    Advanced Excel knowledge;
-    SAP experience is a plus;
