We are currently looking for a proactive and analytical Industrial & Fire Safety Coordinator for Bucharest/Constanta within KMG Rompetrol.

Your new role: Controls the planning, development, and execution of the Industrial Safety Group processes within the Group.

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Manages and controls the development and implementation of the Industrial Safety Group procedures.
•    Contributes for Group-wide short-term and annual Industrial Safety action plan and related CAPEX/OPEX planning.
•    Develops, implements, monitors and controls Group-level industrial safety programs in all related businesses and operating companies.
•    Monitors and controls the investigation of all incidents and ensure sharing of critical learnings across the Group.
•    Is the first point of contact to the countries and functions for any questions, related to Industrial Safety.
•    Responsible for overseeing the creation of formal Industrial Safety functional structures within entities, and maintaining a functional network across the Group.
•    Partner with internal and external industrial safety experts to further identify and develop proper Industrial Safety management programs.
•    Develops specific long and short-term advanced training programs, rolls out tools and contributes to Group-level knowledge management, communication, audit and reporting.
•    Establishes processes and systems to prevent fire, explosion or other undesired events arising from operational/ technical risks.

•    Bachelor’s degree in technical related field.
•    Previous experience of 10 – 15 years on a similar/equivalent position.
•    Previous work experience in an industrial sector is mandatory.
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of people. 
•    Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the Group.  
•    Strong team working and collaborative skills. 
•    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
•    Attention to detail. 
•    Excellent organizational skills.
•    Advanced in English.
•    Good MS Office skills.
•    A valid driving license, cat B.
