Your new role:

Effectively manage insurance policies, monitors claim process, and related documentation within the Group, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of insurance matters. This role involves liaising with insurance providers, internal departments, and external stakeholders to optimize coverage and mitigate risks.

 

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Manages and oversees the company’s insurance portfolio, including procurement, renewal, and alignment of policies with organizational needs. 
•    Ensures continuous and uninterrupted insurance coverage across all Group entities by proactively monitoring policy expiration dates, initiating timely renewals, and confirming coverage adequacy with relevant stakeholders.
•    Is responsible for preventing any gaps in insurance coverage and for promptly notifying management and relevant entities of any potential or actual risk of lapse, delay, or insufficient coverage.
•    Acts as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters, both internally and externally. 
•    Reviews and optimizes insurance policy terms, coverage, limits, and premiums to ensure cost efficiency and adequate risk protection. 
•    Manages the full claims process, including documentation, submission, monitoring, and resolution, as well as negotiations with insurers and adjusters. 
•    Monitors the insurance budget, including long-term planning, monthly budget tracking, and variance analysis. 
•    Prepares reports and presentations on insurance performance, claims history, and key trends for management review. 
•    Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners (brokers, insurers) to optimize insurance solutions. 
•    Supports loss prevention and risk mitigation initiatives to reduce claims and insurance costs. 
•    Coordinates internal approval processes and financial administration of insurance policies (including payments and documentation flow). 
•    Monitors industry trends and provides recommendations to improve the insurance strategy of the organization. 
•    Ensures implementation and compliance with the corporate insurance program across group entities. 
•    Provides advisory support to affiliated entities to help achieve business objectives. 
•    Prepares and submits periodic activity reports in line with SLA requirements. 
•    Maintains strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and other key stakeholders.

QHSE Responsibilities 

•    Complies with all occupational health and safety, emergency, and environmental protection regulations and procedures. 
•    Uses equipment correctly and follows internal safety instructions and procedures. 
•    Immediately reports incidents, risks, unsafe conditions, or near-misses. 
•    Contributes to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. 
•    Respects fire safety rules and procedures. 
•    Applies environmental protection requirements, including proper waste segregation and handling.

•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
•    Proven experience in insurance coordination, claims administration, or risk management: at least 5 years
•    Experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing: at least 2 years
•    Professional certifications such as Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) or others is a plus.
•    Strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and practices
•    English - level: advanced
•    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): advanced
