Your new role: Coordinate the Group's budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic objectives and Shareholder requirements. Support management decision-making by providing financial analyses, budget monitoring, forecasting, and performance insights while driving continuous improvements in planning and performance management processes.

Activities going to help you shine: 
•    Coordinate the annual budgeting process and the five-year strategic planning cycle across the Group.
•    Coordinate the annual budget reforecasting process and monitor budget execution against business objectives.
•    Prepare and analyze budget, forecast, and actual financial results, providing recommendations to management.
•    Ensure consistency and alignment of budgeting processes with internal policies, corporate strategy, and Shareholder requirements.
•    Monitor key financial and business performance indicators and support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
•    Develop and improve budgeting, planning, and performance management processes, methodologies, and reporting tools.
•    Coordinate information flow with senior management regarding budgeting and business performance.
•    Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support continuous business improvement.
•    Lead and develop the team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, identifying development needs, and supporting career growth.
•    Ensure compliance with Company policies, internal procedures, and QHSE standards.

Job Summary

•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Minimum 7 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or financial reporting.
•    At least 4 years of experience in a similar leadership or coordination role.
•    Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
•    Good understanding of payroll calculations and payroll taxation.
•    Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills.
•    Advanced English.
