We are currently looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Training Specialist for Bucharest, within Rompetrol Services Center.


Rompetrol Services Center includes the support functions (Administrative, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Procurement, Services Improvement, QHSE) and serves all companies within the Group.

 

Your new role: Administrate the implementation of the training actions for the allocated companies in order to build and develop the mandatory, hard and soft competencies levels necessary for sustaining current and future business strategy.


Activities going to help you shine:

•    Collect the training needs together with HR Business Partners for Romanian entities of KMG Group, consolidate of the Training Plan;
•    Implements the Annual Training Plan for all employees ensuring communication, planning, preparation of necessary materials, employee participation, logistical details;
•    Monitors and ensures the control of the professional training process in order to maintain the quality and efficiency of the process; 
•    Responsible for reporting of the operational activity indicators, agreed through the Company's internal procedures;
•    Work with the line management and HR Business Partners on staff development projects that may result in non-training related solutions;
•    Direct collaboration with HR Development Team in order to implement the training development projects;
•    Build partnerships with training providers, negotiating the contracts for company’s collective training needs as well as for the individual ones;
•    Collaborate with Procurement department in order to coordinate the acquisition process for main training providers;
•    Maintain and updates the training data and status in the training module of the human resources application, with information related to future/already implemented learning actionsDeliver different types of reports including the budget status, participants and other indicators;
•    Recording invoices related to training services in SAP.

 

The fuel needed to go further with us:
•    University Degree;
•    1-2 years’ experience, preferred in Human Resources with Training / Learning & Development focus, out of which 1-year experience on the current role (represent an advantage);
•    Relevant professional knowledge related to elaboration of the structure and content of the process of training;
•    Experience in organizing trainings- it’s a plus;
•    Excellent communicator with effective presentation skills;
•    Planning & organizing skills;
•    Medium Microsoft Office package skills;
•    Advanced English level.
