Estimation and Cost Control Specialist

We are currently looking for a proactive and analytical  Estimation and Cost Control Specialist for Navodari within Rompetrol Rafinare.

Your new role: Analyzing project performance to increase efficiency in estimation and execution, with the goal of meeting established deadlines and budgets within Rompetrol Rafinare.

Activities going to help you shine:
•    Analyzing, monitoring, and comparison of actual project costs versus estimates; 
•    Collecting data and preparing periodic reports on cost deviations realized versus estimated;
•    Communicating with suppliers, collaborators, project managers, and executors regarding the status of projects, evaluating the resources used, for monitoring costs and deadlines;
•    Participating in estimation, procurement, and contracting activities;
•    Monitoring project executions, checking the status of works, recording delays, over-consumption compared to what was budgeted, identifying the causes of delays over expenditures;
•    Centralizing, processing, and analyzing information received from RIS, SAP, P6, Maximo reports, and those collected from the field to identify deviations;
•    Providing feedback on project achievements and proposing new estimation/execution methods to improve the accuracy of estimates and to reduce execution cost/time;
•    Support to estimation team

•    Bachelor’s degree in technical related field;
•   Site (execution) experience;
•    Previous experience of 2-3 years on a similar/equivalent position;
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of people; 
•    Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the company; 
•    Strong team working and collaborative skills; 
•    Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; 
•    Ability to organize, analyze and synthesize information;
•    Attention to details;
•    Intermediate level of English would be a plus;
•    Advanced MS Office skills;
•   Maximo, P6, SAP, ACCE, Windoc/Doclib is a plus.
