HR Generalist

We are currently looking for a professional on the position of HR Generalist in Rompetrol Georgia.

Your new role:

To assure effective and efficient General Human Resources services provision, payroll management, compensation and benefits system management.

 

Activities going to help you shine:

  • Carrie out specific tasks, related to the calculation of wages and making the payments in accordance with the level of defined services for the Human Resources function;
  • Process monthly payroll and be responsible for the data accuracy in payroll;
  • Maintain the accuracy of the data related to the entity’s employees (personal data, employment data, payroll data, etc.) in the payroll information systems;
  • Manage and update all the data related to payroll procession (health insurance lists, bank cards, etc.)
  • Cooperate with the service providers for collective and individual benefits
  • Create, update and maintain the employee benefits systems
  • Take part in budgeting or budget revising exercises from the point of view of staff costs and various benefits;
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits related (including payroll) reporting
  • Carrie out specific Human Resources tasks in accordance with the principles, procedures and regulations in force;
  • Carrie out the processes and document flow required by the law or by the internal procedures for the entity’s employees;
  • Take part in planning and oversees the effective execution and communication of internal events for employees;
  • In case of necessity, ability to overtake duties and responsibilities of HR Colleague;
  • Other, function related duties and responsibilities.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

  • Higher education or equivalent studies;
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor Legislation;
  • Knowledge of taxation related to payroll processing;
  • Experience in the field on similar / equivalent position, 2 years. Experience in other fields of HR  (administration, recruitment) serve as an asset;
  • High Proficiency in MS Office is essential;
  • Knowledge of English is essential;
