Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional on the position of Loss control and quality coordinator in Rompetrol Georgia.

Location: Tbilisi Terminal
Full Time position.

Your new role:
To coordinate Loss Prevention and Quality Control activities in Tbilisi Terminal regarding petroleum products. The focus here is on understanding and monitoring the technological process of the terminal itself.

Activities going to help you shine:
•    Monitoring the measurements carried out by the Tbilisi Terminal team before and after loading/unloading trucks and rail tank cars.
•    Doing daily checks on the product quantities that are received, transferred, and dispensed.
•    Handling monthly inventory counts alongside Tbilisi Terminal staff and an independent surveying company.
•    Overseeing all parts of the process related to receiving, storing, transferring, and dispensing cargo, then analyzing those processes.
•    Recording all the data electronically to make sure everything is accurately reported to upper management.
•    Overall, the coordinator’s role is crucial for maintaining Rompetrol’s high standards in both quality control and loss management.

The fuel needed to go further with us:
•    Bachelor’s degree Domain: Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Geomechanics, or similar technical field;
•    Work experience in the field / at a terminal or similar facility
•    Excel Skills: Basic knowledge 
•    Foreign Languages: English or Russian language will be considered as an asset
•    Personal vehicle.
