Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional on the position of Social Media & Content Creator in Rompetrol Georgia.

Location: Tbilisi, M. Aleksidze str.12, King David Business Center;

Full Time position.

Your new role:

To support and strengthen the company’s digital and social media presence by executing social media strategies, creating engaging content and creative assets, managing online communities, monitoring trends and performance, supporting digital advertising activities, and providing insights and recommendations that contribute to achieving the company’s marketing and business objectives.

Activities going to help you shine:

• Execute the company’s social media strategy and content plans.
• Create engaging copy, visuals, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Manage daily social media publishing, community engagement, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, social listening, and competitor activity.
• Support paid social media and influencer/partnership campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Produce and adapt creative assets for social media, website, mobile app, and other digital platforms.
• Support crisis communication, reputation management, and cross-department coordination.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• University Degree; Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communication, Marketing, Media, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• Work experience At least 3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Any volunteer certification for additional proficiency.
• Foreign Languages: English – upper intermediate level; Russian – upper intermediate level
• MS Office
