Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional on the position of Reporting Officer in Rompetrol Georgia.

Location: #12 M. Aleksidze str. King David Business Center, Tbilisi;
Full Time position.

Your new role:
Responsible for collecting and analyzing the source data for Daily and Monthly reporting purposes.

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Collecting and analyzing the source data to prepare various daily reports for end users, for further decision making.
•    Daily reporting: consolidated sales, stocks and detailed contribution-margin breakdown per channel and product.
•    Provide monthly data inputs to support the daily BI dashboard — and maintain their accuracy and completeness.
•    Prepare monthly operating plan and current month best estimate based on provided data estimates.
•    Prepare and deliver daily cash‑position and direct cash‑flow reports.
•    Other reports upon request.

The fuel needed to go further with us:
•    University Degree in Finances /business administration;
•    Any volunteer certification for additional proficiency;
•    Work experience in the field of finance: 1 year;
•    Work experience on a similar/equivalent position 1 year;
•    Strong command of MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel
•    Foreign Languages: English – full professional proficiency.
