We are currently looking for a passionate collaborative Financial Analyst to join our team in Bucharest, on a fixed-term contract of 2 years, covering a CIC replacement, within KMG Rompetrol, department Group Finance.

Your new role: participate in management reporting, performance reporting, support financial controlling and business intelligence activities.
Activities going to help you shine:
• Participate directly in actual vs. plan reporting, both operational and Opex, including Opex monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain recurring reports and data files.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple business units to collect and validate information.
• Learn financial controlling and reporting processes within a complex organization.
• Learn and use Business Intelligence tools.
You will become part of the Group Finance team, support financial reporting and financial controlling activities across more than 20 companies within the Rompetrol Group.
The role is designed to help you evolve in a complex business from a financial perspective. Your responsibilities will focus on structured processes that are essential for the team's activity with the opportunity to become involved in more complex analyses and projects, depending on your interests and performance.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and targets to develop independent work, with a strong desire to learn and understand the business. Proficient communication skills are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Finance/Fintech/Statistics or related
• 2-3 years of previous experience in finance or financial audit.
• Technical orientation: Business Intelligence passionate, SAP and Office pack enthusiast (knowledge will be a plus).
• Good English language skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze data from a wide range of sources.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to make connections and explain complex business concepts.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
