Your new role: Lead and coordinate the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) across the Group, ensuring alignment with shareholder requirements, operational resilience objectives, and international best practices. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective BCMS framework, coordinating cross-functional activities, and supporting the organization’s preparedness and response capabilities in case of disruptions.

 

Activities going to help you shine:

 

•    Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Group Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) framework, including policies, methodologies, standards, templates, and governance processes.
•    Coordinate implementation of the BCMS roadmap agreed with parent company and monitor progress against agreed milestones and deadlines.
•    Coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities across Group entities and ensure identification of critical business processes, dependencies, recovery priorities, and recovery objectives.
•    Coordinate development, implementation, maintenance, and periodic review of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and related response procedures.
•    Ensure consistency and alignment of BCMS practices across Group entities and provide methodological guidance to stakeholders.
•    Establish and maintain BCMS reporting, documentation, version control, and governance records.
•    Coordinate and facilitate BCMS testing, simulation exercises, tabletop exercises, and crisis management activities.
•    Monitor implementation gaps, action plans, remediation measures, and follow-up activities related to BCMS implementation.
•    Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, HSE, Security, Compliance, Internal Control, HR, and other stakeholders regarding business continuity requirements.
•    Prepare management reports, presentations, dashboards, and implementation updates related to BCMS progress, risks, and key challenges.
•    Monitor regulatory requirements, industry practices, and international standards related to business continuity and operational resilience.
•    Support awareness initiatives and delivery of BCMS-related trainings across the organization.
•    Act as the primary point of contact for BCMS-related matters within the Group.
•    Lead and supervise the Business Continuity team, ensuring effective prioritization and delivery of activities.

The fuel needed to go further with us:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is considered an advantage. 
•    Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Governance, Internal Control, or related areas. 
•    Proven experience in designing, implementing, or managing business continuity frameworks and governance processes. 
•    Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives within a complex, multi-entity, or international organization is highly preferred. 
•    Previous people management or team leadership experience is an advantage.
•    Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), recovery planning, operational resilience, crisis management, and risk management principles. 
•    Knowledge of ISO 22301 principles and international best practices is considered an advantage.
•    Professional certifications related to Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Governance (e.g., CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301, ISO 31000) are considered an advantage.
•    Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
•    English – level: advanced.
•    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): advanced.
