We are currently looking for an analytical and passionate Digital Customer Experience Specialist for Bucharest, within KMG Rompetrol Downstream.

 

Rompetrol Downstream coordinates the local network of fuel stations. In Romania, the company operates over 1,000 fuel distribution points, including its own stations, Rompetrol Partner stations, Expres mobile stations and 9 and 20 cubic meter Fill & Go fixed units. More than gas stations, Rompetrol stations are designed as service centers where, in addition to selling the best quality products, customers can relax in the 143 restaurants and shops hey with a design aligned with the retail concept.

 

Your new role:  As a Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving the end-to-end digital journey of our customers. You’ll lead the implementation and optimization of digital customer interaction projects.

 

Activities going to help you shine: 

 

•    Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital customer engagement platforms including CRM systems, self-service portals, and call center solutions.
•    Analyze and optimize customer journeys using behavior analytics, customer feedback, and performance data.
•    Collaborate with business units to translate customer needs into technical requirements and system improvements.
•    Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
•    Utilize BI analytics tools to monitor customer interaction data and drive actionable insights.
•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external consultants to deliver digital solutions.
•    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital customer experience.
•    Support adoption and change management processes for newly implemented digital tools.

The fuel needed to go further with us: 

 

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
•    Proven experience of minimum 3 years in IT roles in implementation of digital customer relation projects such as CRM, self-service portals and 24/7 call center
•    Strong knowledge of details in implementation of such projects
•    Knowledge of Oil and gas sector and retail business
•    Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user behavior analytics, and feedback tools
•    Excellent communication and project management skills
•    Data-driven with experience in tools like BI analytics
•    Certifications: PMP / PMI / Scrum / Agile is a plus
•    English level – advanced level
•    Microsoft Office package – advanced level
