Your new role: You will support the Forensics function by conducting reviews and analyses of alleged misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of internal policies. Your work will focus on coordinating case-related activities, gathering facts, performing evidence-based assessments, preparing structured documentation and reports, and proposing remediation or risk mitigation actions where necessary. The role also involves close collaboration with management and other relevant departments to ensure organizational integrity and promote an ethical business environment.
Activities going to help you shine:
• Conducts forensic reviews and fact-finding assessments based on allegations received through the whistleblowing channel or management referrals.
• Performs internal investigations related to misconduct, ethical breaches, policy violations, and fraud across Group entities.
• Delivers presentations to senior management and participates in awareness sessions and trainings related to ethics, investigations, and integrity topics.
• Drafts investigation reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommended corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Follows up on implementation of recommended measures and supports risk mitigation actions.
• Provides support to Group management, legal, audit, and compliance functions on forensics-related matters.
The fuel needed to go further with us:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2–4 years of previous experience in investigations, ethics & compliance, fraud prevention, or related fields (e.g. HR investigations, legal, risk management).
• Previous experience in a Forensics/Investigations role is considered a strong plus.
• Experience in conducting internal investigations, including evidence gathering, interviews, and reporting – level: Advanced.
• Understanding of corporate policies, code of conduct, anti-fraud/anti-bribery frameworks – level: Intermediate to Advanced.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality, professionalism, and under tight deadlines.
• Foreign languages: English – advanced level.
• PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- advanced level
