Internal Communication Specialist

We are currently looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Internal Communication Specialist for Bucharest, within Rompetrol Downstream.
Your new role: Plans and implements internal communication activity plan for Rompetrol Downstream (including communications and events) based on business strategy of the entity and alignment with the approach internal communication and events at the Group level.
Activities which will help you shine:
• Establishing connections with colleagues in the company, understanding the “language” they understand, identifying their needs, which can be helped by quality communications;
• Developing and implementing an Internal Communications activity plan, targeting different stakeholders, according to business objectives and management vision of the Company;
• Collecting interesting, time-relevant information about the projects implemented in the Company, about the colleagues behind these projects, global/regional industry trends and major happenings;
• Writing smart, catchy high-quality texts, articles, interviews, scenarios and scripts for different communications products and established channels; editing messages and texts initiated by other departments;
• Showing your practical knowledge of digital apps and solutions which facilitate digital communication, engagement, and multimedia content creation (for example, online survey tools, photo and video editing, podcasts production, etc.);
• Planning and organizing events and activations, physical and online, depending on business needs;
• Depending on the audience’s needs, identifying and proposing new communication channels within the company;
• Working closely with the Group Internal Communications team in the implementation of internal communications activity plans on a Group level.

• Bachelor degree required. Specializations as Communication or Journalism would be considered a major plus;
• At least 2 years of experience on a similar position;
• Driving license B category is considered a strong plus;
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills;
• Proficient command of English;
• Previous experience in organizing events is considered a plus;
• Working knowledge of MS Office; strong photo and video-editing sills;
• Being disciplined, proactive;
• Outstanding organizational, planning abilities;
• Availability to travel 30% - 50% of the working time.
