Junior RPA Developer (fixed-term opportunity)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior RPA Developer for a fixed-term contract to join our team and help us transform and optimize business processes - not only through UiPath and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), but also by identifying and implementing a wide range of automation, AI, and process improvement solutions. Activities going to help you shine:

•    Analyze, design and develop automation solutions that make a difference for our business partners under appropriate guidance.
•    To participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation, using RPA, AI, and other innovative technologies or approaches.
•    Stay open to exploring and applying new tools, including artificial intelligence and emerging automation solutions.
•    Be part of managing parts of the automation lifecycle—from understanding business needs to developing, testing, and deploying solutions—by carrying out assigned tasks.
•    Apply best practices in automation design and documentation (AS IS – TO BE diagrams, PDD, SDD, etc.).
•    Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve automated processes under supervision.
•    Monitor robots and other automation solutions in production, ensuring they run smoothly and deadlines are met.
•    Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    Up to 1-year hands-on experience in RPA development it’s a plus.
•    Familiarity with software development (C#, Visual Basic, SQL, Python, or similar), AI
•    Curiosity and drive to learn more about automation, AI, process improvement, and professional growth.
•    Openness to experimenting with and adopting new tools and technologies.
•    Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to clearly map out processes and understand financial concepts.
•    A structured, innovative, and fast-learning mindset.
•    A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve common goals.
•    Results-oriented and people-focused.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
•    Advanced in English.
