We are currently looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Project Manager for Bucharest, within Rompetrol Downstream.

Rompetrol Downstream coordinates the local network of fuel stations. In Romania, the company operates over 1,000 fuel distribution points, including its own stations, Rompetrol Partner stations, Expres mobile stations and 9 and 20 cubic meter Fill & Go fixed units. More than gas stations, Rompetrol stations are designed as service centers where, in addition to selling the best quality products, customers can relax in the 143 restaurants and shops hey with a design aligned with the retail concept.

Your new role:
Developing and coordinating key projects to achieve the objectives set on time and within the approved budget.

Activities going to help you shine:

• Coordinates projects in order to optimize the products and services currently offered to customers
• Manages the relationship with external suppliers in order to identify the optimal solution related to the coordinated project
• Defines the objectives & purposes of the projects and schedule the activities 
• Determines the resources needed to carry out the project: duration, CAPEX, OPEX budgets, equipment, IT solutions, authorizations, so
• Develops and updates the project plan
• Coordinates the project teams in order to implement the project stages within the agreed time and budget frames
• Verifies and completes the necessary documents
• Prepares reports based on the project activity and presents the updates and results to the management team& project stakeholders

The fuel needed to go further with us:

• Bachelor’s degree: economical or technical
• Experience in managing projects or part of project teams of minimum 3 years
• Advanced level of English language
• Good MsOffice skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to build strong trusted working relationships with internal/external business customers
• Positive, determined & details- oriented person
