Your new role: Development of a large-scale PV park/parks in Romania. Project Manager must be familiar with all aspects and provide technical, coordination and legal (to the extent relevant) support for the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects.
Activities going to help you shine:
• Provide technical and legal support during the development, construction, and operation of projects;
• Supervise, coordinate and review the work of multiple development functions, consultants, technicians and others and be accountable for the execution and performance of complex multi-disciplinary projects with teams working across the company;
• Manage and collaborate to obtain all the permits and licenses necessary to bring the projects to a “ready to build” and “Commercial Operation” status;
• Monitoring development project cost and ensuring cost reduction;
• Project scheduling management through activities definition, sequencing, resources, and duration estimation;
• Coordination with External Advisors for preparation of detailed, Bankable due Diligence Reports of renewable plants;
• Review of available permits, approvals related to Environmental and associated Electrical infrastructure of the projects, and preparation of Risk and Mitigation matrix for the same;
• Liaison with Internal teams and External Advisors for the preparation of Documentation, Layout, and Drawings related to Permitting/Approvals of projects as per requirements of Government Authorities;
• Review engineering and construction technical deliverables/documentation received from Sponsor Technical Advisor and Contractors to ensure compliance with applicable government or industrial codes, standards, requirements, or regulations;
• Preparation of response to queries by Lenders, Investors, and their advisors;
• Provide communication and supervision of tasks related to key local stakeholders such as landowners, local and regional administrations, utilities, insurance providers, and local suppliers and service providers;
• Oversee site assessments or environmental studies for projects;
• Coordinate energy assessment, engineering, and construction activities to ensure that projects' needs and objectives are met;
• Management of warranties during the operating period.
The fuel needed to go further with us:
• A completed bachelor / university in electrical engineering; MSc Renewable Energy preferred
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven experience in the development of renewable energy plants emphasizing photovoltaic technologies in Romania
• Proven experience in program management
• Proficient level of English (written & spoken).
