Recruiter (replacement maternity leave)

We are currently looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiter (replacement maternity leave) for Bucharest, within Rompetrol Services Center.

Rompetrol Services Center includes the support functions (Administrative, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Services Improvement, etc) and serves, starting with 2015, all companies within the Group.

Your new role: Playing a key role in building our great teams in a professional and timely manner while working alongside a dynamic and driven Recruitment Team. 

Activities going to help you shine:
•    Running the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining the required skill sets and job ads, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to offer and acceptance phase across all business units and different seniority levels.
•    Managing applications, providing feedback to hiring managers and candidates on interviews;
•    Performing a proactive recruitment process in respect of building and maintaining pipeline to find qualified candidates; develop a network of referrals;
•    Partnering with hiring managers, so that recruitment and selection of employees meet business needs;
•    Tracking critical recruitment data, producing regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities;
•    Participating at events, job fairs and any projects aimed to develop our talent pool.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    Bachelor’s degree (relevant studies);
•    3–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a dynamic or technical industry
•    Experience of competency/behavior based interviewing techniques;
•    A positive, collaborative, and can-do attitude, with the flexibility and motivation to go above and beyond when necessary
•    Innovative approach to solving recruitment challenges;
•    Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
•    Strong computer skills, including MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
•    Results driven;
•    Fluency in English;
