Security Monitoring & Reporting Manager

Your new role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Security Monitoring & Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on security-related data to support decision-making and enhance our overall security posture.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, identify trends, and provide insights that drive continuous improvement in corporate security operations. 

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Develop, maintain, and deliver regular reports and dashboards using Power BI
•    Manage and maintain Power BI reports and databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
•    Prepare and analyze Excel-based reports to support operational and strategic decisions
•    Generate and manage GPS reports and databases, ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of assets
•    Analyze security incidents, trends, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
•    Collaborate with internal teams (Security Operations, Administrative, HR) to gather relevant data
•    Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities based on reporting insights
•    Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
•    Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms
•    Support audits and compliance reporting requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Data Analytics, or a related field
•    Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or security analytics
•    Strong hands-on experience with: Power BI (reporting and database management), Excel (advanced reporting), GPS reporting systems and database management
•    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets
•    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
•    Strong communication skills – ability to translate data into actionable insights
•    Preferred Qualifications
•    Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
•    Experience with reporting automation and data visualization best practices
